About the role

The Maintenance Technician performs tasks that involve the facility physical plant, equipment, and grounds maintenance. These duties encompass a variety of carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, and environmental services assignments.

Schedule

• Part‑time, day shifts
• Hours: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (flexible)
• Days: 3–4 days per week (flexible)

Pay

Expected starting wage range: $20.00 – $24.11 per hour. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges; the range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

Requirements

• Two (2) years of experience as a building maintenance technician, handy person, boiler worker, or related position
• High School graduation or G.E.D.
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• CPR, Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI), and First Aid certified on date of employment or within 60 days of employment; must maintain current certification throughout employment
• Successful completion of post‑offer physical examination, 2‑step PPD test for tuberculosis, acceptable criminal background clearances, excluded party sanctions, and degree or license verification
• Valid and current driver’s license; personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver
• Willingness to use company vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups
• If the position requires driving, a motor vehicle clearance and proof of auto insurance are required at time of employment and must be maintained throughout employment
