I truly feel at home with ASM!” - General Manager, with Absolute since November 2021 Job Snapshot – Key Aspects of the Role Complete routine maintenance and repairs across assigned properties to ensure everything is operating safely and efficientlyPerform basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairsTroubleshoot malfunctioning equipment and building-related issuesComplete daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance checklists and inspectionsMaintain accurate records of maintenance activities and scheduled proceduresObtain estimates for supplies and repair parts; order materials as instructedMaintain cleanliness and overall condition of buildings, units, and groundsCommunicate regularly with property teams regarding maintenance needs, budgets, and completed workAssist with coordinating external vendors and contractors for larger repair or capital improvement projectsFollow all OSHA guidelines and company safety policies at all times Property Hours Monday - Tuesday: 9:00AM-5:00PM Wednesday: Closed Thursday-Friday: 9:00AM-5:00PM Saturday: 9:00AM-3:00PM Sunday: Closed Brainy Stuff: What Makes Our Hearts Flutter High school diploma/GED requiredPrevious maintenance or handyman experience preferredBasic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systemsA background screening will be conducted at time of hire.For positions that involve driving, a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required
