Part-Time Maintenance Technician 2 - Sunny Buck Gardens

About the role

The Maintenance Technician repairs and maintains all mechanical, electrical equipment, plumbing fixtures, structural facilities, and grounds of the property. The role supports satisfactory cash flow, positive resident relations, and optimal resident retention.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on property buildings and equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and more.
• Respond promptly to work orders, diagnose issues, and complete necessary repairs.
• Conduct regular inspections of the properties to identify potential problems and address them proactively.
• Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety regulations and company standards.

Requirements

• Experience in general maintenance work, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs.
• Problem‑solving mindset with a positive attitude toward troubleshooting.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in completing tasks thoroughly.
• Customer‑service focus, responding to resident requests promptly and professionally.
• Prior experience in maintenance or a related field is preferred.

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 1 PM with flexibility. On‑call as needed to respond to emergency maintenance requests.

Compensation

$20 hourly.
