About the role

Join the Omega Management Group Team for an exciting opportunity as a Maintenance Technician for their Residential team. This role involves performing general maintenance repairs and preventive maintenance throughout the entire portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Performs necessary repairs and preventive maintenance throughout the entire property
• Affixes and maintains landscape and irrigation systems
• Maintains the property interiors, exteriors, and site in a clean and repaired condition using appropriate materials and equipment
• Continuously enhances his/her working knowledge of the property
• Ensures timely and zero-defect completion of tasks
• Portrays a clean, neat, well-groomed professional appearance
• Works independently, directs others, and participates in staff meetings and training programs
• Supports and promotes good resident/tenant relations and service

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required
• One year of maintenance experience in a related field or formal training from a trade school is required
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license with current liability insurance coverage
• This is a part-time position
