Part Time Maintenance Associate

Responsibilities

• Vacuuming, mopping, cleaning and emptying waste baskets
• Answering calls from associates to assist with issues such as spills, wet floors, and general clean up
• Sanitizing facility restrooms and fixtures
• Reporting necessary repairs to supervisor
• Mentoring and training new associates
• Performing other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Able to engage others while demonstrating knowledge and capacity
• Show respect and appreciation for others
• High school diploma or equivalent, and 1-3 months of relevant experience

Physical Requirements/Lifting Requirements

• Must be able to sit, stand, bend, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear
• Heavy work - Exerting in excess of 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or in excess of 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or in excess of 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects
