About the role
TSD Mobility Solutions, Inc., an affiliate of Reynolds and Reynolds, is seeking a part-time Maintenance Technician.
Responsibilities
- Perform various basic mechanical, electrical, and light carpentry tasks
- Power washing, electronic and mechanical door lock/closure hardware repair
- Some painting, basic plumbing (new flush valves and flanges)
- Modular furniture/restroom partition repair
- Oversee water damage clean-up, drywall patching/painting
- Toilet/urinal/sink drain cleaning, deep grout cleaning, and fixture repairs
- Install HVAC and water filters
- Light fixtures/switches, receptacle, motion/occupancy sensor repairs
- Investigate and repair roof/window leaks
- Use computer systems to access maintenance software, input data, track inventory, and communicate with leadership
- Conduct building audits
- Work directly with subcontractors for plumbing, roofing, generator, electrical, fire systems, landscaping, and similar vendors
Requirements
- Basic mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and light carpentry skills required
- Strong work ethic with customer service skills
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be able to work well individually as well as with a team environment
- 5% travel: occasional parts pickup
- Must have a valid driver’s license, with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years
