About the role
A Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) provides direct patient care under RN supervision, following state Scope of Practice, policies, and procedures. They play a key role in delivering compassionate, individualized care to patients with kidney disease, contributing to the organization’s mission and vision.
Responsibilities
- Assist in patient care, ensuring safety and efficiency

Qualifications & Skills
- One year of LVN or LPN nursing experience
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the practice state
- Current CPR certification
