Part-Time LVN

Role Overview

A Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) provides direct patient care under RN supervision, following state Scope of Practice and organizational policies. They play a key role in delivering compassionate, individualized care to patients with kidney disease, contributing to the organization’s mission and vision.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe and efficient patient care
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
• Foster strong relationships with patients and staff
• Support holistic patient needs and improve patient outcomes
• Promote a positive environment for patients and team members

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of 1 year LVN general nursing experience
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program or equivalent
• Valid LVN or LPN license in practicing state and current CPR certification
