About the role
A Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) provides direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, following state-specific policies and procedures to ensure safe and efficient care. This role involves contributing to a mission focused on improving the lives of individuals with kidney disease through compassionate, high-quality, and personalized care.
Responsibilities
- Deliver patient care within scope of practice
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes

Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum one year of LVN or equivalent nursing experience
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Valid LVN or LPN license in practice state with current CPR certification
