Part-Time LVN

About the role

A Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) provides direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, following state-specific policies and procedures to ensure safe and efficient care. This role involves contributing to a mission focused on improving the lives of individuals with kidney disease through compassionate, high-quality, and personalized care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care within scope of practice
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes
• Support holistic patient needs and promote a positive environment

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum one year of LVN or equivalent nursing experience
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Valid LVN or LPN license in practice state with current CPR certification
• High energy, goal-oriented, and relationship-building mindset
