About the Role
A Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) with at least one year of general nursing experience provides direct patient care under RN supervision, following state scope of practice and organizational policies. The role involves delivering compassionate, individualized care to patients with kidney disease, contributing to the organization’s mission and vision.
Responsibilities
- Perform safe and efficient patient care aligned with policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.

Requirements
- One year of LVN or LPN experience.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program or equivalent.
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the practice state, with current CPR certification.
