Part Time Liquor Clerk (21+)

Cub Eagan East Liquor is seeking a dedicated part-time Liquor Clerk to provide courteous customer service, ensure compliance with state and local liquor regulations, and maintain store operations.

Responsibilities

• Stock liquor supplies
• Provide courteous customer service
• Perform general cleaning of shelves and store areas
• Know and observe all laws and regulations pertaining to liquor sales
• Handle special orders (e.g., kegs) and prepare appropriate equipment for pickup
• Close and secure gates at the end of the day
• Work independently

Requirements

• Operate equipment such as scanners, registers, check approval machines, coupon machines, intercoms, calculators, etc.
• Able to stand for long periods of time
• Strong memorization, reading, writing, and math skills
• Ongoing customer interaction with prompt, courteous, and accurate service
• Good judgment, especially when direct supervision is not immediately available
• Ability to follow verbal or demonstrated instructions, write identifying information, and request supplies verbally or in writing
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must be available to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Physical Requirements

• Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs
• Walking on uneven ground
• Reaching, bending, turning, and repetitive motions

Schedule

• Varied weekly evening shifts
• Weekends required
