Part Time Licensed Therapist - Fee For Service

About the role

Licensed Clinicians provide evidence-based mental health care through telehealth and face-to-face sessions, supporting a diverse client base, including couples and children. Provide compassionate care with a focus on measurable client progress.

Responsibilities

• Work independently within California as LPCC, LMFT, LCSW, or PhD licensed psychologists.
• Maintain availability for at least 15 sessions and 20 hours weekly.
• Utilize modern clinical technology such as telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR).
• Collaborate within a supportive clinical community, engaging in case consultations and peer support.
• Deliver high-quality mental health services, manage a full caseload, and participate in ongoing training and community activities.

Qualifications & Skills

• Current licensure in California (LPCC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD).
• Comfortable working with diverse client populations and treatment modalities.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Proficiency with telehealth and clinical technology tools.

Compensation & Support

Up to $62,000 based on licensure, session volume, and bonuses.

• Administrative support including credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing.
• Paid orientation and training.
• Flexible scheduling, with options to work seven days a week from morning to evening.
