Part Time Licensed Therapist - Fee For Service

About the Role

We are seeking licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care through telehealth and face-to-face sessions. The role involves delivering therapy to a diverse client base, including couples and children, with a focus on measurable progress. Clinicians must be independently licensed in Massachusetts and available for a minimum of 15 sessions per week, with at least 20 hours of availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based therapy to clients via telehealth and in-person sessions.
• Maintain a minimum session volume and comprehensive client progress documentation.
• Utilize clinical technology, including telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Participate in clinical support activities like case consultations and community engagement.

Requirements

• Licensed in Massachusetts (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, or Psychologist).
• Experience with diverse client populations and treatment modalities.
• Comfortable working with telehealth technology and electronic record systems.
• Strong teamwork and commitment to client progress.
