About the Role
Licensed clinicians providing telehealth and face-to-face mental health care in Massachusetts.
Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based, compassionate care to diverse clients, including individuals, couples, and children.
- Maintain a minimum of 15 sessions and 20 hours weekly availability.
- Utilize modern clinical technology such as telehealth platforms and EHR tools.
- Collaborate within a supportive clinical community, participating in case consultations and supervision.
- Focus on helping clients achieve measurable progress.
Requirements
- Licensed (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, PhD) and authorized to practice independently in MA.
- Open to treating various client populations.
- Confident in using clinical technology and remote platforms.
- Positive team contributor committed to client outcomes.
Key Duties
- Provide flexible, high-quality mental health services, supported by administrative and technical resources.
- Build a caseload with support for credentialing and onboarding.
