Part Time Licensed Therapist - Fee For Service

About the role

We are seeking licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care through telehealth and face-to-face sessions. The role includes administrative support such as credentialing, billing, and scheduling. Responsibilities

• Delivering individual, couples, and family therapy to a diverse client base
• Utilizing modern clinical technology such as telehealth and electronic health records
• Building a full caseload with a minimum of 15 sessions and 20 hours of weekly availability
• Contributing to a supportive clinical community through case consultations and collaboration
• Providing measurable progress for clients and maintaining professional standards

Qualifications and Skills

• Independently licensed in New Jersey (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD)
• Comfortable working with various client populations, including children and couples
• Strong commitment to client progress and professional development
• Experience with telehealth technology and electronic health records
• Team-oriented mindset with positive contribution to the clinical community

Pay

Competitive compensation up to $60,300 based on licensure and session volume.

Schedule

Flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
