Part Time Licensed Couples and Family Therapist - Fee For Service
About the role
We’re hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to our more than 175,000 clients across the country.
Responsibilities
- Independently licensed and living in Massachusetts — LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, PhD (Licensed Psychologist)
- Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of availability weekly
- A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
- Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress
- Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
- A good teammate — we’re building a clinical community and value positive contributors

Qualifications
Compensation Up to $66,500 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
