Licensed Couples and Family Therapist - Fee For Service

About the role

This role is eligible for a competitive ramp stipend for clinicians offering 30+ hours of availability per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to clients across the country.
• Offer a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Cumming, GA.
• Work independently as a licensed clinician in Georgia (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD).
• Be available for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly.
• Treat a variety of clients, including couples and children.
• Help clients achieve measurable progress.
• Use modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools.
• Build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing.
• Flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.

Requirements

• Independently licensed and living in Georgia (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD).
• Available for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly.

Qualifications

• Behavioral health generalist.
• Open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children.
• Invested in helping clients achieve measurable progress.
• Confident working with modern clinical technology.
• A good teammate.

Compensation

Up to $97,000.00 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities. Full-time clinicians are eligible for health insurance, student loan repayment assistance, paid time off, and other employer-sponsored benefits.
