About the role
This role is eligible for a competitive ramp stipend for clinicians offering 30+ hours of availability per week.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to clients across the country.
- Work independently as a licensed therapist, specializing in couples and families counseling.
- Build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
- Participate in live clinical support, monthly case consultations, and a vibrant online and in-person community of licensed providers.
Requirements
- Independently licensed and living in Georgia — LPC, LMFT, LCSW
- Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly
Qualifications
- Behavioral health generalist open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
- Invested in helping clients achieve measurable progress
- Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools

Pay
Up to $97,000.00 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
