About the role
Legal Intake Professionals is hiring Part Time Legal Intake Customer Support agents for our Nashville location. Our customer support agents are dedicated professionals who excel at customer service and enjoy helping others. In this crucial role, you are on the front lines, responding to a high volume of phone inquiries and addressing each with care, detail, and empathy. This is an in-office position.
Responsibilities
- Receive incoming client calls
- Follow detailed scripts
- Fill out intake forms while talking to clients
- Receive calls electronically and by live transfer
- Set the tone and pace of your calls while maintaining a professional attitude and showing empathy and patience with potential clients
Requirements
- Good verbal and written communication skills, specifically: spelling, grammar, and diction
- A professional phone voice that shows customer care and concern
- Active-listening skills to ensure client information is gathered correctly and fully
- The ability to ask appropriate questions
- The ability to converse with various personalities and to collect pertinent details to determine viability of their claims
- Accurate and fast typing skills
- PC/Computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment
- A flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- A High School Diploma or GED
- Must be 18 years of age
Pay
- $20 / Hour with perfect attendance (being on time for the start of your shift, leaving and coming back on time from any breaks during your shift, and fully completing your assigned shift)
- $18 / Hour without perfect attendance
Schedule
- Part Time positions available
- Various schedules ranging from 7am-11pm CST with an assortment of days off
- You must be available to work a Saturday OR Sunday each week
- You must be very punctual with great attendance
- Training lasts approximately three weeks, Mon-Fri from 7am-11am or 4pm-8pm. Once training is successfully completed, you will move to your new set schedule
