Customer Advocate CDJR - Part-time

About The Role

• Create an amazing and memorable pick-up experience for our customers; you’ll be the face of Carvana when customers come onsite to our Dealership.
• Complete customer paperwork and include thorough notes in our customer tracking system.
• Swiftly address any customer questions, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
• Consistently drive safely and maintain a clean driving record in accordance with Carvana's CMV Driver Qualification policy.
• Obtain a Notary in your local jurisdiction within the first 90 days of employment (process sponsored by Carvana). This may involve satisfying state-specific requirements.
• Satisfy state-specific requirements related to access DMV/title and registration systems.
• California employees: obtain a Vehicle Verifier license within the first 90 days of employment (process sponsored by Carvana).
• Nevada, Tennessee, and Virginia employees: apply for a Salesperson license within the first two weeks of employment (process sponsored by Carvana). Obtaining this license is a condition of employment.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks like detailing vehicles and loading/unloading vehicles onto our Vending Machine.
• Work in indoor and outdoor conditions with occasional exposure to inclement/extreme weather.
• Ability to walk/stand and sustain physical activity for extended periods of time (8+ hours).
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Requires high and low levels of movement with the ability to reach with arms, twist, kneel, crouch, climb, balance, and squat.
• Requires the grasping, carrying, lifting, pushing, and pulling of items up to 50 lbs.
• Frequent driving requires excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity.
• Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.

Pay

• Starting hourly rate: $19/hr.
• At 3 months: $19.50/hr.
• At 6 months: $20/hr.
• In your first year, you can progress from $19/hr to $21/hr through our performance-based Careers Not Jobs program, which provides four merit opportunities annually.
• Eligible team members can earn an additional $0.50 increase in pay every 90 days.
• Market Operations may offer other performance-based incentive programs specific to your location.

Schedule

9 am – 5 pm, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
