Part Time Lecturer - School of Nursing, Boston, MA
About The Opportunity
The School of Nursing is seeking part-time faculty to teach theoretical courses including didactic and/or skills laboratory courses in the following areas: Adult Medical/Surgical, Public Community Health, Maternal Child/Women's Heath, Pediatrics, and Psychiatric/Mental Health. Part-time instructor positions are available as determined by the department’s curricular and institutional needs.
Responsibilities
- Preparation of lectures, course materials, examinations, and evaluation of student performance in the course.
- Work under the direction of the lead faculty for the course and hold office hours as appropriate.
Requirements
- A Master’s Degree in Nursing.
- A minimum of two years’ relevant professional nursing experience within the last five years.
- Certitude appropriate to teaching responsibilities.
- A current Massachusetts RN license.
- Previous teaching experience is highly desirable.

Pay Range
The rate per credit is $2085.
