About the role
We're seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused professional who enjoys helping people find their next home while delivering an exceptional resident experience. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced office environment.
Essential Responsibilities
- Greet prospective residents, provide community and apartment tours, and assist with the leasing process.
- Prepare lease documentation, welcome packets, and move-in materials.
- Enter and maintain resident and prospect information accurately in company databases.
- Build positive relationships with current and prospective residents by providing exceptional customer service.
- Aid with lease renewals and resident retention efforts.
- Perform outreach marketing and represent the community in a professional and positive manner.
- Congnorate resident events and assist with marketing initiatives, including updating the community website as directed.
- Maintain organized resident files and office records.
- Assist with general office duties and support the property management team as needed.
- Attend staff meetings and participate as an active member of the team.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- Minimum two years of general office, customer service, leasing, or related experience is preferred.
- Previous apartment leasing or sales experience is preferred.
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Excellent organizational, follow-up, and time management skills are required.
- Basic math, bookkeeping, and computer skills are required.
- The ability to operate standard office equipment is necessary.
- The ability to work independently while following direction from management is required.
- A valid driver's license with an acceptable motor vehicle record may be required.
