About the role

We're seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused professional who enjoys helping people find their next home while delivering an exceptional resident experience. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced office environment.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Greet prospective residents, provide community and apartment tours, and assist with the leasing process.
  • Prepare lease documentation, welcome packets, and move-in materials.
  • Enter and maintain resident and prospect information accurately in company databases.
  • Build positive relationships with current and prospective residents by providing exceptional customer service.
  • Aid with lease renewals and resident retention efforts.
  • Perform outreach marketing and represent the community in a professional and positive manner.
  • Congnorate resident events and assist with marketing initiatives, including updating the community website as directed.
  • Maintain organized resident files and office records.
  • Assist with general office duties and support the property management team as needed.
  • Attend staff meetings and participate as an active member of the team.

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or GED is required.
  • Minimum two years of general office, customer service, leasing, or related experience is preferred.
  • Previous apartment leasing or sales experience is preferred.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Excellent organizational, follow-up, and time management skills are required.
  • Basic math, bookkeeping, and computer skills are required.
  • The ability to operate standard office equipment is necessary.
  • The ability to work independently while following direction from management is required.
  • A valid driver's license with an acceptable motor vehicle record may be required.

Schedule

- Monday – Friday
- 20–25 hours per week
- No on-call responsibilities
