Sales & Leasing

  • Convert leads into leases through phone, online, and in-person interactions
  • Deliver high-impact tours that identify needs, create urgency, and close
  • Proactively follow up and nurture leads to maximize conversion
  • Maintain strong knowledge of pricing, availability, and competitors
  • Achie and exceed community leasing goals and occupancy targets
  • Execute strategies that drive traffic, increase qualified leads, and maximize revenue

Resident Experience

  • Provide excellent customer service and serve as an example to your team as a representative of Peak & your community
  • Build rapport quickly and tailor the experience to each prospect
  • Support resident satisfaction to drive renewals and referrals

Community Operations

  • Support complete lease paperwork accurately and collect deposits
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and prospect data
  • Support office presentation and model readiness
  • Aid in the performance of annual turn process
  • Maintain thorough product knowledge of the property and competition
  • Affiliate in market surveys as needed
  • Perform various administrative tasks
  • Aid in all move in and move out events as well as collect deposits and/or fees associated with move in

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of sales or leasing experience
  • Demonstrated success achieving sales, leasing, or conversion targets
  • Experience using CRM systems such as Yardi, Entrata, RealPage, or similar
  • Strong follow-up discipline with evidence of multi-touch outreach (calls, emails, texts)
  • Achie high prospect satisfaction through timely follow-up and personalized tours
