Part-Time Leasing Consultant

About the role

Easlan Management Company is seeking a part-time Leasing Consultant to join the team at 10 Newbridge Apartments. As a Leasing Consultant, you will work closely with the onsite management team to create positive first impressions, build rapport with prospects and residents, and contribute to occupancy and rent growth goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours with prospects, highlighting amenities, local community, and grounds.
• Promote the quality of the community and the lifestyle available at 10 Newbridge Apartments.
• Assist prospects in qualifying for an apartment home by collecting information and initiating background checks.
• Prepare apartments for move-in.
• Provide exceptional service to residents to exceed expectations and support resident retention.
• Perform office activities and coordinate paperwork related to apartment rentals using attention to detail, planning, and organizational skills.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum of one year of experience in an apartment community leasing role preferred, not required.
• Basic computer skills in a Windows environment.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Schedule: Monday and Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm; Saturday, 10:00 am to 4:00 pm; Sunday, 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm
