Part-time Leasing Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Leasing Consultant in the Opelika-Auburn, AL area. As a Leasing Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in implementing our leasing and marketing program, promoting a positive image of our community, and assisting with resident retention programs.

Responsibilities

• Meet with future residents to understand their needs and preferences, and present our community and lofts that perfectly match their desires.
• Respond professionally and promptly to all inquiries, ensuring a seamless leasing process.
• Maintain the cleanliness and curb appeal of our community, comply with all Fair Housing laws, and ensure our leasing office and common areas meet the highest quality and safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with residents, future residents, visitors, vendors, and team members, providing top-notch customer service.
• Aid in generating and distributing notices, maintaining organized work environments, preparing leases, and coordinating resident move-ins and move-outs.
• Document all communications and ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with standard office equipment and software, including MSOffice suite.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for market surveys and community functions.
• Previous experience in apartment complex management is preferred but not required.

Benefits

Salary is $18 to $22 hourly, based on experience. Bonus and incentive plans are additional potential benefits.
