Key Responsibilities
- Lead the evening turndown team, ensuring all rooms are serviced to Forbes and Hyatt luxury standards.
- Clean and maintain public areas, restrooms, and colleague or office spaces as assigned.
- Inspect rooms and common areas after service to ensure readiness, presentation, and attention to detail.
- Support, coach, and train team members to uphold consistency, efficiency, and brand standards.
- Maintain clear communication with the Housekeeping leadership team, reporting maintenance issues, guest requests, or service challenges promptly.
- Prepare and restock evening amenities, linens, and supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with Front Office, Guest Experience, and Engineering to ensure seamless guest service.
- Assist with daily assignments and scheduling as needed.
- Uphold confidentiality, safety, and guest privacy at all times while fostering a calm, professional presence.
- Support Ventana’s sustainability initiatives through eco-friendly cleaning methods and waste-reduction practices.
- Contribute to the overall cleanliness and upkeep of resort facilities, ensuring a pristine and inviting environment for guests and colleagues alike.
Qualifications
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a luxury environment.
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience required, leadership experience preferred.
- Forbes or Michelin experience a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and consistency.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Compensation & Schedule
- Base Pay: $21.50 per hour.
- Average additional earnings of $6–$10 per hour, bringing projected total compensation to approximately $27.50–$31.50 per hour.
- Gas Stipend: $15 per day for qualified colleagues.
- Schedule: Part-time position, evening shifts required (typically 3 pm – 10 pm), including weekends and holidays.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to walk on uneven terrain and navigate outdoor pathways between resort buildings.
- Frequent climbing of stairs, bending, reaching, stretching, and kneeling.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions and temperatures.
- Stamina to remain active for extended periods throughout the shift.
