DOR Overview
Leaders will take on distinct responsibilities to ensure clear execution and support growth. These roles will rotate.
Requirements
- One year’s work experience in retail leadership or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Charismatic personality and passion for Vineyard Vines brand and community
- Strong track record in driving sales and customer service
- Experience and passion for leading and mentoring a team
- Team-focused, confident, and professional
- Able to stand, move, reach, carry, bend, climb ladders, lift up to 40 pounds (accommodations may be available)
Scheduling Requirements
- Weekend availability required
- Average of 20-30 hours per week (part-time status)
- Seasonal stores require 25-40 hours per week during peak periods
