Who we are

We were once stuck in desk jobs we didn't enjoy, so we left. Since then, we've been living the American Dream by working from the beach, getting our wisdom teeth pulled, and signing up for every credit card available. Twenty years later, we're still having fun, hanging out with great people, and sharing the Vineyard experience with everyone we meet.

Who You Are

We're looking for energetic individuals who want to embody the "Everyday should feel this good" attitude on the sales floor. You'll help create memorable experiences for our customers and coach your team to become top-notch Brand Ambassadors. You'll also assist store leadership in various managerial tasks to help run our retail locations effectively.

• Execute the "door to floor" concept
• Develop and train your team
• Support store leadership in strategic tasks

Requirements

• One year's work experience in retail leadership or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
• Charismatic personality and passion for the Vineyard brand and community
• Strong track record in driving sales and customer service
• Experience and passion for leading and mentoring a team
• Team-focused, confident, and professional
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to manage time and make decisions in a fast-paced environment

Scheduling Requirements

• Weekend availability required
• 20-30 hours/week average to maintain part-time status
• Seasonal stores may require 25-40 hours/week during peak periods

Salary Range

$16.46 - $20.61 per hour
