Who You Are

We're looking for energetic individuals who want to embody the "Everyday should feel this good" vibe on the sales floor. You'll help create memorable experiences for customers and lead your team to become outstanding Brand Ambassadors. You'll also assist store leadership in various managerial tasks to run a successful retail location.

What You’ll Do

• Create memorable, lasting impressions with our customers
• Communicate our core values to customers through your team
• Execute the "door to floor" concept from receiving shipments to setting the floor with new inventory
• Develop and train your team on product knowledge, presentation, and processes
• Support store leadership in strategic tasks

Requirements

• Minimum one year’s work experience in retail leadership or equivalent role
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
• Charismatic personality and passion for the Vineyard’s brand and community
• Experience driving sales with strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills
• Past experience and enthusiasm for leading and mentoring a team
• Team-focused, confident, and professional demeanor
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to manage time and make decisions in a fast-paced environment

Scheduling Requirements

• Weekend availability required
• Schedule dependent on business needs
• 20-30 hours/week average to maintain part-time status
• Seasonal stores may require 25-40 hours/week during peak periods

$15.92 - $20.83
