About the Role
As a Key Holder, you will open and close the store in accordance with company policies and procedures. You will lead the store team, provide exceptional customer service, and resolve customer issues. Your role includes processing sales transactions, assisting in inventory control, restocking, merchandising, and ensuring store cleanliness and safety standards are upheld.

- Support loss prevention efforts and report unusual activity
- Engage professionally with store teams and customers
- Train and mentor new associates

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1+ years of retail sales experience
- Minimum of 1+ year of retail leadership/management experience
- Experience in retail, preferably fast fashion
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
Skills
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and drive results as a team
- Awareness and understanding of retail principles (sales, stock, service delivery)
- Solid communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Physical Requirements
- Ability to move around the store throughout the shift
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly (e.g., boxes, merchandise, bins, clothing racks)
- Ability to regularly squat or kneel (e.g., accessing under-storage bins, visual resets)
- Ability to safely use a ladder, step stool, or raised platform

Pay
This is a part-time hourly paid position with a wage range of $20.00 - $23.00 per hour (CA).
