About the Role
We’re looking for a Key Holder to open and close the store, lead the team, and ensure exceptional customer service. This role involves sales processing, inventory control, merchandising, and maintaining store cleanliness and safety standards. You’ll also support loss prevention, train new associates, and collaborate with the team to drive results.
Responsibilities
- Open and close the store in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Lead the store team as part of management
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist in inventory control, restocking, and merchandising
- Ensure store cleanliness and safety standards are upheld
- Support loss prevention efforts and report any unusual activity
- Engage with store teams and customers professionally and respectfully
- Train and mentor new associates as needed
- Work collaboratively as a team toward common goals
- Maintain a professional presence and motivate others
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1+ years of retail sales experience
- Minimum of 1+ year of acting retail leadership/management experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
Skills & Experience
- Experience in retail, preferably in fast fashion
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and drive results as a team
- Awareness of basic retail principles (sales, stock, and service delivery)
- Solid communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Physical Requirements
- Ability to move around the store throughout the shift
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly (e.g., boxes, merchandise, bins, clothing racks, stools/ladders)
- Ability to regularly squat/kneel (e.g., to access under-storage bins or during visual resets)
- Ability to safely use a ladder, step stool, or raised platform to complete tasks

Pay
This is a part-time hourly position with a wage range of $15.00–$18.00 per hour.
