About the Role

We’re hiring Key Holders to open and close the store in accordance with company policies and procedures. In this role, you’ll lead the store team as part of management, ensuring exceptional customer service and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Open and close the store following company policies and procedures
  • Lead the store team, providing direction and support
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Assist in inventory control, restocking, and merchandising
  • Maintain store cleanliness and uphold safety standards
  • Support loss prevention efforts and report unusual activity
  • Engage professionally with store teams and customers
  • Train and mentor new associates
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team toward common goals
  • Maintain a professional presence and motivate others

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1+ years of retail sales experience
  • Minimum of 1+ year of retail leadership/management experience, including leading aspects of the business and developing team members
  • Experience in retail, preferably in fast fashion
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older

  • Strong collaboration skills to drive team results
  • Awareness of retail principles such as sales, stock, and service delivery
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to move around the store throughout the shift
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly (e.g., boxes, merchandise packages, bins, clothing racks, stools/ladders)
  • Ability to regularly squat or kneel (e.g., accessing under-storage bins, visual resets)
  • Ability to safely use a ladder, step stool, or raised platform to complete tasks

Pay

This is a part-time hourly position with a wage range of $23.50–$27.50 per hour (NY).
