About the role

The Department of Art + Design is seeking applications for a Part-Time Instructor position. The primary responsibilities include teaching Introduction to Art and the Foundations sequence, which includes drawing, two-dimensional, three-dimensional, and time-based design.

Responsibilities

• Lecture Introduction to Art in the general education core curriculum
• Teach Foundations sequence classes including drawing, two-dimensional design, three-dimensional design, and time-based design

Requirements

• Master's degree in Fine Arts or related field
• Experience teaching at the college level
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio demonstrating relevant skills and experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
