Role Overview Provides direct patient care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, adhering to nursing standards. Qualifications Include RN license required.Nursing diploma or associate's degree; bachelor's preferred.No prior experience necessary; two years of experience preferred.Strong communication, critical thinking, and collaboration skills.
