Continuous Learning: Participate in team meetings and training to enhance your skills and technical knowledge.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience as a residential HVAC Service Technician.
- Capable of executing HVAC repairs and replacements to code, including necessary electrical work.
- Holder of a valid UT Driver's License with a good driving record.
- Lift and move items up to 75 pounds regularly and 40-50 pounds repetitively.
- Capable of climbing, bending, kneeling, crawling, and stooping for extended periods.
Compensation
Salary Description: $500 - $1500 per week.
Cash Bonus: Up to $1,000 sign-on bonus package designed to make your transition as smooth as possible.
Hourly Rate: $25 - $35 per hour plus uncapped commissions and spiffs.
Part Time Technician Pay: Additional $500 - $1,500 per week.
