Responsibilities
- Conduct initial client intake
- Determine client eligibility
- Schedule client appointments
- Gather and mail photocopies and documentation to/from clients and counselors
- Maintain accurate client records through online systems
- Prepare reports as needed
- Assist counselors during weekly First Time Buyer workshops
- Attend various housing meetings, fairs, and training sessions
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
- High school diploma required
- One year of customer service or administrative experience
- Experience working with diverse populations
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
