Part Time - Housekeeping Supervisor

Role: Assistant Housekeeping Manager responsible for overseeing housekeeping operations in a large residential community near Hereford, Texas. Responsibilities: Lead daily housekeeping activities, supervise staff, manage scheduling, train employees, conduct inspections, maintain quality standards, control supplies and inventory, ensure safety and sanitation, and coordinate with other departments. Support the Housekeeping Director in staffing, operational efficiency, and resident satisfaction. Foster a culture of cleanliness, accountability, and teamwork. Qualifications & Skills: 3-5 years of experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or residential cleaning, with supervisory background preferred. Experience in high-volume environments such as hotels, resorts, healthcare, or residential communities. Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, sanitation, and safety protocols. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational systems. High school diploma required; higher education is a plus. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to work on-site and manage a large team effectively.
