About the role
West Virginia University Health System (SMG) seeks a part-time Hospitalist Physician. The successful candidate will be expected to practice at Grant Memorial Hospital in Petersburg, WV.
Responsibilities
- Practice in the areas of Internal Medicine
- Provide excellent patient care
- Achieve active involvement in teaching medical students, residents, and fellows
Requirements
- Candidate must have an MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent
- State medical license and DEA registration is required by start date
- Successfully completed Internal Medicine residency program
- Successfully board certified / eligible in Internal Medicine
