Part-Time Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support patients in a home and community-based setting.

Responsibilities

• Implementing treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Focusing on improving mobility, strength, balance, and safety to promote client independence
• Following individualized care plans and documenting patient progress
• Educating clients and caregivers on treatment and safety measures
• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
