Physical Therapist Assistant (PRN) providing in-home therapy services.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Support therapeutic exercises, mobility and balance training, and the use of adaptive equipment to enhance safety and independence.
• Document patient visits, monitor progress, and communicate changes to the care team.
