About the role
As a Home Health Aide, you will support a full range of patient services to bring comfort and dignity to our clients at Interim HealthCare. This role involves providing one-on-one patient care in the home setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and assistance in accordance with the plan of care.
- Obtain vital signs and other measurements as directed and document findings.
- Aid with activities of daily living (e.g., bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, skin care).
- Recognize and report abnormal findings or changes in patient status.
Requirements
- One (1) year of verifiable health aide or healthcare experience.
- Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA, STNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate, required.
- Attention to detail; ability to carefully follow instructions and document notes regarding a patient's condition.
- Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance.
