Part-Time Guest Experience Coordinator

About the role

The Entertainment Ambassador creates an engaging environment for guests by leading interactive activities and entertainment at a family-oriented venue.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests through hands-on experiences like arts and crafts, games, and themed events.
• Perform branded experiences such as Storytime, Dance Parties, Yoga, and Magi Ceremonies according to standard procedures.
• Manage character appearances, including learning signature moves, guiding characters, and maintaining costumes.
• Participate in seasonal and community events, support inventory management, and ensure a safe, clean environment.
• Act as a public performer, entertaining families and children through lively performances and activities.

Qualifications & Skills

• Comfortable performing in front of large groups, with good communication and customer service skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in entertainment, dance, or working with children is preferred.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand or sit for extended periods, and wear costumes in hot environments.
