Part Time Greeter - Restaurant

As a Fricker’s hostess/greeter, you are the first and last person guests will see during their visit. We are counting on you to ensure that first impression is excellent and that guests leave happy.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they arrive and inform them of specials and events.
• Thank guests as they leave and invite them back.
• Manage a waiting list, seat guests, bus tables, and assist servers.
• Answer phone calls.
• Enter carry-out orders into the POS system, suggestive selling, ensure orders are correct, and handle money.
• Assist servers and managers throughout the dining room.
• Ensure every guest leaves happy.
