Responsibilities
- Greet customers as they enter the store and provide a positive first impression.
- Operate the cash register, process transactions accurately, and handle cash and credit payments.
- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally, directing calls as needed.
- Aid with receptionist duties including managing the front desk and customer inquiries.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges in accordance with store policies.
- Provide general assistance to customers and support other team members as needed.
Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience as a cashier, receptionist, or phone operator preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to answer phones professionally and manage multiple lines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
Work Schedule
This is a part-time position including evenings and weekends. Specific shifts will be discussed during the interview process.
