Part-Time Greeter/Cashier

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers as they enter the store and provide a positive first impression.
  • Operate the cash register, process transactions accurately, and handle cash and credit payments.
  • Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally, directing calls as needed.
  • Aid with receptionist duties including managing the front desk and customer inquiries.
  • Handle customer returns and exchanges in accordance with store policies.
  • Provide general assistance to customers and support other team members as needed.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a cashier, receptionist, or phone operator preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to answer phones professionally and manage multiple lines.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.

Work Schedule

This is a part-time position including evenings and weekends. Specific shifts will be discussed during the interview process.
