Part Time General Labor 2nd Shift - Hope, AR

Entry-level non-skilled general labor position focused on maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. All duties assigned by supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Work under minimum supervision
• Operate in wet and cold conditions
• Maintain a clean work area
• Use a knife/scissors as required
• Stand throughout an 8-9 hour shift
• Maintain line speed
• Lift up to 40 pounds as needed
• Perform minimal stopping and bending
• Uphold personal safety and food safety standards

Requirements

• Must meet all job requirements
• Accepting rehires after a 6-month waiting period (180 days)
• Ineligible for rehire if previously worked for Tyson Foods 3 or more times
• Hourly production applicants must complete additional tasks on the candidate home page to be considered
• Willingness to perform physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation
• Background check required for certain roles
