Responsibilities
- Provide safe and efficient production support (hand-stacking, case packing, housekeeping, product conveying, reclaim).
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) precisely.
- Set up packaging coders and validate product codes.
- Identify and report out-of-specification product conditions.
- Perform equipment adjustments using hand tools.
- Operate a lift truck safely to move materials.
- Complete production records accurately and neatly.
- Assist with equipment changeovers, CIP/SIP, clean-up, and setup.
- Perform environmental controls and product reclaim/rework.
- Package and stack products.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Follow all safety, GMP, and food safety procedures.
- Cross-train with other departments.
- Maintain clean work areas.
- Uphold Saputo’s Code of Ethics and Company Values.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
