Part Time General Labor 1st Shift- Hope, AR

About the Role

This position is responsible for entry-level, non-skilled part-time general labor while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform entry-level, non-skilled general labor duties as assigned by supervisor
• Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to Tyson policies and procedures
• Keep work area clean
• Use a knife/scissors as required
• Stand throughout an 8-9 hour shift
• Maintain line speed
• Lift up to 40 pounds as needed
• Perform minimal stopping and bending
• All Tyson Team Members are responsible for safety, including personal safety and food safety

Requirements

• Must meet all job requirements
• Must be able to work under minimum supervision
• Must be able to work in wet and cold conditions
• Must be able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation

Pay

$17.15 per hour

Schedule

• Part-time (maximum of 29 hours per week)
• Day Shift (1st Shift)

Other Hiring Criteria

• Accepting rehires after a 6-month (180-day) waiting period
• Ineligible for rehire if previously employed by Tyson Foods 3 or more times
• Background checks required for certain roles
