Part-Time/Full-Time Front Desk Associate

At Tres Chic Salon & Med Spa, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service in a luxurious, professional environment. We are seeking a friendly, highly organized, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Associate.

Position Details

20–40 hours per week • $22–$25 per hour, based on experience • Saturday availability required

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and ensure a positive experience from the moment they arrive
• Manage appointments efficiently and accurately, both in person and over the phone
• Provide detailed information about our services and products
• Process sales transactions and assist with product recommendations
• Handle client inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and care
• Maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming front desk environment

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional organizational abilities with attention to detail
• Previous customer service experience required; sales experience is a plus
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays
