Greet and communicate cordially with guests

• Promptly and professionally check in and out guests
• Assist in pre-registration and reservation blocking when necessary

Financial Management

• Know and manage all daily transactions and non-frequent ones
• Accurately handle cash, checks, and credit card payments
• Make correct change for guests

Reservation Handling

• Have complete knowledge of hotel rates, discounts, and payment methods
• Manage reservations with special requests and block rooms accordingly
• Take reservations in approximately 2 minutes
• Follow cancellation and relocation procedures as needed
