Responsibilities

  • Efficient and courteous operations of the front desk.
  • Checking guests in/out, collecting balances, making reservations, handling room moves, and responding to online travel agent inquiries.
  • Answering and transferring calls from the switchboard, providing information about local restaurants and attractions, and making courtesy and follow-up calls.
  • Coordinating with other departments to address guest requests and processing incoming revenue from all departments.
  • Managing inventory, preparing check-in packets, entering maintenance and service requests, and performing other duties as assigned.
  • Entering maintenance and service requests in SPI, managing RCI banking, and handling cancellations.

Qualifications

  • A High School Diploma/GED is preferred.
  • Prior experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred.
  • Computer skills, attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work under pressure are required.
