Responsibilities
- Efficient and courteous operations of the front desk.
- Checking guests in/out, collecting balances, making reservations, handling room moves, and responding to online travel agent inquiries.
- Answering and transferring calls from the switchboard, providing information about local restaurants and attractions, and making courtesy and follow-up calls.
- Coordinating with other departments to address guest requests and processing incoming revenue from all departments.
- Managing inventory, preparing check-in packets, entering maintenance and service requests, and performing other duties as assigned.
- Entering maintenance and service requests in SPI, managing RCI banking, and handling cancellations.
Qualifications
- A High School Diploma/GED is preferred.
- Prior experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred.
- Computer skills, attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work under pressure are required.
